Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. To request a refund or exchange, the return must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Rashid Textile gladly accepts unstitched, undamaged items with original tags attached, in original packaging.
  4. Please include a copy of the invoice when returning items and mention the reason for the return.
  5. Returns must be sent via traceable delivery methods such as courier or registered post. Note that Rashid Textile does not cover return shipping costs.
  6. If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive an exchange voucher for the invoice value of the returned items.
  7. Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
  8. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  9. In case of a damaged item, Rashid Textile will resolve the issue, even for sale items.
  10. When returning any damaged item to Rashid Textile, a return shipping credit (typically 250/- per kg) will be reimbursed to the customer.
  11. For unstitched items, any fault or damage will be accepted, even after shrinking. If you find a defect, we will accept it as a fault. However, once an item is stitched, no returns will be accepted.
