Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

– Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

– To request a refund or exchange, the return must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

– Rashid Textile gladly accepts unstitched, undamaged items with original tags attached.

– Please include a copy of the invoice when returning items and mention the reason for the return.

– Returns must be sent via traceable delivery methods such as courier or registered post. Note that Rashid Textile does not cover return shipping costs.

– If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive an exchange voucher for the invoice value of the returned items.

– Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item(s).

– ⁠Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for exchange or refund.

– ⁠In case of a damaged item, Rashid Textile will resolve the issue, even for sale items.

– ⁠When returning any damaged item to Rashid Textile, a return shipping credit (typically 250/- per kg) will be reimbursed to the customer.

– ⁠For unstitched items, any fault or damage will be accepted, even after shrinking. If you find a defect, we will accept it as a fault. However, once an item is stitched, no returns will be accepted.
