Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

– Order cannot be canceled once shipped.

– For refund or an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.

– Rashid Textile will gladly accept any unstitched, undamaged merchandise with original tags.

– The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).

– Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Rashid Textile.

– Exchange voucher of the items invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.

– Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item(s).

– Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged or refunded.
